What you pay — and to whom. The $99 consultation includes the agreed doctor consultation and translation. The additional $399 covers Serica's arrangement and key-day support only. If you choose both, the service total is $498.

Hospital examinations, treatment, medication and hospital stays are separate. Flights, visas, hotels, meals and transport are separate unless specifically itemised in your custom quote. You do not have to buy all three options.

Agree the plan. Then pay.

Talk to us. Tell us what help you need and where you will be during any online consultation.
Confirm your support. We identify the clinician or appointment pathway and send the scope, dates, price, exclusions and cancellation terms.
Receive an individual payment invitation. Only after your case is accepted and the relevant payment route is available. Your invoice identifies the service and payment stage.
Get confirmation. After payment is verified, receive your receipt, named coordinator and next update time.

A tailored journey, without duplicate fees.

Your custom quote separates our service fee, travel suppliers and hospital costs. If it includes work already paid for under the $399 service, the same-scope net payment is credited. A completed $99 consultation stays separate unless the custom quote explicitly includes it.

Flights, visa assistance, hotels, meals, cars, accompaniment and 24-hour concierge contact can be included in the agreed scope once appropriate providers and the duty team are confirmed. Concierge contact is not round-the-clock medical care or continuous bedside nursing.
